My slime arrived sticky. What do I do?
Slime can melt and become sticky during transit due to weather changes. Don't panic! Every order comes with a borax powder packet. Dissolve 1 tsp of borax in 1 cup of warm water. Add this activator solution to your slime a few drops at a time and knead until it reaches your desired texture.
My slime is too hard or stiff!
If your slime feels tough, it might be cold. Try kneading it with warm hands or running the sealed container under warm water. For white glue slimes, you can add a tiny drop of lotion. For clear slimes, keep it in an airtight container in a warm room for a few days.
How long will my slime last?
With proper care, slime can last for several months! Always wash your hands before and after playing to keep bacteria out. Always store your slime in its original airtight container away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Is your slime safe? Can I eat it?
DO NOT EAT SLIME! Even if it smells delicious like cake or fruit, it is made of glue and soap products. Our slimes are non-toxic, but they are not edible. Keep away from small children and pets.
